Introduction and Definitions

ouuok (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we", or "ouuok") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider operating for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ouuok website and all related services.

Gaming Rules

All games on ouuok are conducted in a fair and impartial manner. Game software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others) follow their own standards.

• If a technical error occurs during a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be returned.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, log files and server records will be considered the final evidence.
• In sports betting, the odds and rules set by ouuok are final.
• Attempting to gain any technical advantage (bots, exploiting software bugs) is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the ouuok platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

If such activity is detected, ouuok reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
